(10) Tina, eat your food. 


I was so excited today because I made spaghetti squash for the first time in like 2 or 3 years. But it sucked. 

Well, it was really my tomato sauce that sucked. I used chopped tomatoes and chilies but it was too hot and I didn’t enjoy it. It was depressing so I had about 3 handful of grapes too. 

Not the greates meal plan but better than McDonald’s. I realize I don’t eat enough and am only eating about 2 meals per day, at best and definitely not drinking enough water. This is a problem that’s been going on for a few months too. I do t know how to change my rhythm so that I’m hungry or remember to eat more. 

I spent the last part of tonight thinking of Halloween costumes for this weekend. I’ve always hated dressing up. It’s funny because I used to love to think of costumes but I never keep them on all night. I feel so weird in them so I trying to find a character costume that I can wear.   

I still haven’t decided if I’m going to drink and this party and I have no idea what the menu is, so it will be interesting to see if it’s paleo. Or close. 

Tomorrow I have another training session in the AM. I’m excited. I love pushing myself further than I thought I was capable.
