This one will definitely be quick as I’m really tired and still not feeling well. Day 3 of the dizzies, but it’s still a little better than yesterday. Today however it was accompanied by a baby migraine for most of the day. I could barely keep my eyes open against the blaring computer screens for work, I ended up clocking out early and taking a rest.
I had a nice chat with my mom who encouraged me to go to the doctor (I haven’t) and who also encouraged me to not order out JUNK food, but just hop up and throw the spaghetti squash in the oven. That’s what I did. While I was waiting for the oven to heat up I decided to wipe the stove top down. In order to do that I had to move my wok to the sink, the sink was full. So once the spaghetti squash was in, instead of taking a 40 minute rest, I cleaned my entire kitchen.
It was such a dumb mistake because at about minute 27 I got really hot and dizzy but still powered through. A few minutes before I pulled the squash out I started cooking the meat and then did a quick tomato sauce but from a can. It was the small can and all it has is tomato, salt, onion and garlic and cost 28 cents at Aldi. This is the only way I’m going to buy tomato sauce from now on because it’s cheap and since I don’t eat a lot of tomato sauce, I won’t have to throw any out. It was perfect portion for 2 servings.
I added my own spices to it, just throwing in some garlic and onion powder, basil and oregano and a healthy dash of cumin. It took about an hour overall but at the end I got a delicious dinner and clean kitchen out of it, so it was worth it.
I immediately sat on the couch to eat dinner and to take a rest. I noticed I was eating super fast just so that I could be done so that I could lay down to rest, so I just set the plate down and rested for a bit. After I finished dinner I did feel a lot better and my headache had mostly subsided.
I wasted time on my phone and feel I should have been sleeping hours ago. Which is why I’m eager now to get to bed.
